I was looking for someone to fix my thermostat on my car to I called him on a Tuesday and we set up appointment to have a look at it my car on Thursday. So I come in on Thursday morning like he asked, so he open the hood to have a look at it and notice another problem with my car (which I was aware of) the charge pipe has a crack in it. So he tell me he has to run a diagnostic test to make sure that the only problem with it and it can take up to 3 hrs. I told him I don’t have long my daughter has work at 1pm, mind you it’s 8:30am. I ask him about how much it would cost to get the thermostat and pipe fixed and he avoided the question still talking about the diagnostic test, I just want an estimate. So he set up another for me to come in on Monday morning at 9:30am, ok no problem. When Monday morning comes he tells me he has 3 cars in front of and plus he’s down one person and he’s not sure how long it’s gonna take. I was so disappointed my ac is not working because of my thermostat and it’s was 92 degrees outside plus he’s 20mins from me. If you weren’t gonna be able to look at my car then why not let me know before hand instead of having me driving all the way there??!!!!

I have used Andrew’s for 20+ years for all of my repairs. They are great and will usually have the repair done within a day, depending on how complex the repair is. I will not go to anyone else if they are capable of doing the repair

As a Nurse, I was traveling to see a patient in a rehab facility to get him admitted to our home care services so we could get him home to hospice care and allow him to pass peacefully. Little did I know that I would have extreme car issues trying to get there. I was near Andrews automotive and pulled in with desperation for help so I could get to this family. The pulled my vehicle in immediately as oil had blew all over my vehicle underneath and my oil was almost gone in my vehicle. My motor was going to be completely shot if I drove any further. They serviced my vehicle immediately and got me back on the road. My vehicle is running again smoothly and I was able to get to the client. !! Not only did they help me promptly; they were incredibly nice as well. I will recommend them to everyone.

We were a new customer, going on a recommendation from a friend after looking for a auto repair shop. I am beyond thrilled with Andrew's Auto and the folks there. Friendly, and an expert in auto mechanics industry. They know what they are doing and they aren't trying to take advantage of you. They do great work, their prices are reasonable and fair and they are honest, trustworthy folks. I would highly recommend them for any auto work that you need to have done. They now have another repeat customer for all our auto needs in the future.
